Meanwhile, in Washington D.C., USCP investigators are reviewing Le's background, noting his use of a guillotine in a manner reminiscent of the horror movie "Child's Play," where he allegedly targeted a female jogger with dangerous intentions. The guillotine, historically used during the French Revolution as a symbol of the Reign of Terror, was found in Le's truck bed.
